This team offsite in June ’22 was for 150 international guests from the same start-up who had never met in person.
We worked with a brilliant (and ever-growing!) client in tech who wanted to offer their teams an unforgettable experience, so we delivered this amazing event to them.
Since 2020 the company had grown rapidly, and the founders were excited to get everyone together for the first time in Petritoli, Italy.
With the venue decision already made, we jumped in 20 weeks before the start date to project manage the process of arranging international travel, curating a five-day agenda combining both information sharing sessions with fun and sociable activities and acting as international liaison with suppliers in Italy to make it all happen.
The location was an incredible choice for this team offsite. Very remote, yes – but excellent for an authentic and unplugged Italian experience. These pics show just a few aspects of the event that were really special including a fantastic vintage theatre that made for a brilliant kick-off meeting, alfresco dining in the town square, stunning views at the welcome reception over the Marche hills and of course, the best food!
Local activities in the Marche region included wine tasting (of course), e-bike tours, pizza making classes and the week was rounded off with a firework display on the beach and a huge Italian banquet for all the guests.
Highlights:
Seeing all the guests arrive on the first day and getting to have gelato for breakfast.
