#March4Women with Care International UK

CARE International’s #March4Women is a global movement for gender equality. It’s a celebration of the power and the potential of women and girls around the world, to mark International Women’s Day (8th March). It’s a rallying cry for anyone and everyone who wants to see a more equal world.

I love the time of year when I get to work with Care International UK to help deliver their International Women’s Day March4Women events.

I’ve worked with them on marches down Whitehall, rallys in Trafalgar Square and concerts in Westminster Hall – all in the name of the advancement of gender equality.

These events are for anyone and everyone who wants to see a more equal world. Everyone is welcome. And I love that! Can’t wait for the next one.

The events industry is a broad and beautiful industry, and working in it gives me the opportunity to be both creative and pragmatic. I’ve been involved in hundreds of events over my fifteen years as an event manager and have learned a lot along the way. It’s nice to have a blog space where I can share some of those experiences and knowledge with my readers, especially those who might be thinking of getting into events or working with me in the future. This blog is a little piece of me. I hope you like it x
